Co-Founder of EIA-Productions, (KAIRAND) Kevin Kairand Bellinger, is a 40-year, award-winning social impact festival, event, and program Executive Producer. His unique model of CELEBRATION ENGAGEMENT supports and celebrates artists, social impact partners, indigenous first nations, and social impact brands. Since 1997, Kairand has been blessed to be welcomed in rural and underserved communities as a cultural ambassador offering impact solutions using his unique model of ‘Celebration Engagement Eduction’. 

Kairand’s production history, of over 500 events with over 250 community partners, spans across 9 states and 4 decades. Kairand is best known for his FACE TO FACE boots-on-the-ground approach. his inspirational energy facilitation style, and long-standing relationships with indigenous leaders.
